Staff team

Lucie Russell, CEO
I have overall responsibility for the strategic direction of StreetDoctors, its services, its impact, its partnerships and most importantly its role in both preventing and reducing violence affecting young people.

Angela Fitzpatrick, National Volunteer Coordinator
I am the first point of contact for our volunteers, and a liaison between them and the staff team. I am involved in training volunteers and ensuring our sessions run smoothly.

Edward Malloy, London Partnerships and Volunteering Officer
I manage our work in London by looking after our delivery partners, six volunteer teams, coordinating with grassroots organisations and other key stakeholders. I research and develop relationships with new partners, helping to increase our impact in London.

Frances Breeveld, Communications and Policy Officer
I manage StreetDoctors external and internal communications, including social media, website, events, media, newsletters and volunteer communications. I also work on StreetDoctors policy lines, research and collaborations to find new opportunities to push for change.

Gerard Mitchell, Fundraising Manager
I manage StreetDoctors fundraising, including all the grants and donations which enable us to provide all our services. It involves lots of planning, budgets, and requests for support. Donating really makes a huge difference – with such a small organisation it means your money goes directly to the services we provide for young people – so if you donate right now it would be amazing and make everyone here so happy! Thank you!

Joanna Vidal, Youth Engagement Manager
I am responsible for volunteer management. I also oversee youth participation, which includes StepWise, our longer-term youth engagement programme. I am the Designated Safeguarding Officer responsible for responding to and concerns raised about young people, volunteers or partners.

Katie Murray, Training and Delivery Officer
I manage the logistics of the training events for our volunteers. I develop new event ideas and organise our calendar of events. I also monitor delivery income and financial tasks and coordinate admin for the team and Board of Trustees.

Krish Joshi, StepWise Programme Officer
I deliver the StreetDoctors youth engagement programme, StepWise in three areas of the UK. My role is multifaceted and involves working directly with young people, delivery partners and StreetDoctors volunteers.

Martin Tilbury, Director of Operations
I have accountability for StreetDoctors operational delivery, processes and support the organisations growth and strategic development.

Niamh Mitchell, Northern Partnerships and Volunteering Officer
I manage our work in the North by looking after our delivery partners and five volunteer teams. I coordinate with grassroots organisations and other key stakeholders and research relationships with new partners, helping to increase our impact in the North.

Sarah Bloxham, Partnerships Manager
I look after StreetDoctors’ delivery partners around the UK, from their first enquiry, through delivery of their training packages, to reporting on impact. I also help to develop new training sessions as the needs of partners and young people evolve.
