I ensure that our processes and systems are working efficiently for the charity. I additionally support with financial tasks and office management.
Fiona Bradshaw, Learning and Development Manager
I develop our training sessions to make sure that they are the best they can be for the young people we train. I also provide our volunteers with the knowledge and skills they need to deliver successful and impactful training to young people.
Gerard Mitchell, Relationships & Investment Manager
I manage StreetDoctors fundraising, including all the grants and donations which enable us to provide all our services. It involves lots of planning, budgets, and requests for support. As a Youth Worker at StreetDoctors, I am responsible for delivering and supporting volunteers through a variety of training courses. Collaborating with my colleagues, I visit different organisations, schools, and institutions to conduct interactive sessions that equip young people with essential first aid skills.

As the External Communications and Advocacy Coordinator, I make sure that StreetDoctors has a strong brand that tells a clear story. As we grow and develop as an organisation, it’s important others understand our mission and the work we do, and are encouraged to join us as part of our journey.
Rachele Ferrario, Regional Development Coordinator
I manage our work in the South West and South Wales regions by looking after our delivery partners and volunteer teams – Bristol, Exeter, Swansea, and Cardiff. I coordinate with grassroots organisations and other key stakeholders and develop relationships with new partners, helping to increase our impact in the Southwest and South Wales.

I am a youth worker within the North region, delivering sessions within multiple settings and also carrying out administration jobs. Additionally, I create positive interactions and relationships with volunteers and delivery partners in line with the missions and values of the charity.
Jesse Anim , Regional Development Coordinator
I manage our work in the Midlands by looking after our delivery partners and six volunteer teams – Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, Keele, Warwick and Bristol. I coordinate with grassroots organisations and other key stakeholders and develop relationships with new partners, helping to increase our impact in the Midlands.
