
StreetDoctors named finalists in two categories at the Third Sector Awards 2025.
StreetDoctors has been announced as a finalist in two categories at the Third Sector Awards 2025; one of the UK’s most prestigious events celebrating excellence and innovation in the not-for-profit sector.
In recognition of the work of the national charity, StreetDoctors has been shortlisted in the categories:
- Talent Award – Volunteer Team of the Year
- Excellence Award – Small Charity, Big Achiever
These nominations follow a landmark year for StreetDoctors. In 2024, StreetDoctors’ set a new delivery record and trained over 16,500 young people across the UK in emergency first aid.
With many young people affected by or concerned about the rising levels of youth violence, StreetDoctors represents a national youth-led movement focused on equipping young people with life-saving skills to keep themselves and others safe by becoming part of the solution.
Through a peer-led model, StreetDoctors young healthcare volunteers acted not only as educators and facilitators, but also as relatable role models, helping young people gain the knowledge, confidence, and skills to respond effectively in life-threatening situations.

The Third Sector Awards Ceremony will take place on Friday 12th September 2025, bringing together many of the sector’s most inspiring organisations to celebrate social impact and achievement.
