Helen is looking forward to working with the trustees, staff, and volunteers, and contributing wherever she can to the organisation’s impact. She has spent her career improving policy and practice for disadvantaged young people and adults.

With more than 15 years of experience in Parliament and the voluntary sector—including roles at Nacro, Save the Children, and the women’s charity Platform 51—she has successfully influenced government policy across a wide range of areas, including equality, childcare, and poverty.
