I joined the StreetDoctor’s team in March 2020 as its first regional coordinator based in London. My background is in social justice, ranging from campaigning on the streets of Woolwich to discussing alternatives to imprisonment with formerly incarcerated men in Chicago. I completed my MSc in Politics in Amsterdam, writing my thesis on the wellbeing of refugees.

Taking part in NCS in South East London as a teenager demonstrated to me not only the power of young people as changemakers but so too the power of community. StreetDoctors recognises this, putting young people back in the frame, empowering some of the most vulnerable members of our community to, quite literally, save lives. London is my home and I am passionate about challenging the trajectory of youth violence within our capital, extending StreetDoctors reach and impact into some of our most vulnerable communities.
