I manage operations at StreetDoctors, which covers a variety of areas including delivery, HR, finances, safeguarding, and making sure that our systems work to keep the charity moving forward.
Like StreetDoctors, I believe that upskilling, encouraging and investing in young people is one of the most powerful ways to change society for the better.
I’m also really passionate about operations that empower people to achieve amazing things, and in this job I get to make that happen for a really worthwhile cause.
My background is in education policy and programmes. I started my career at the Department for Education, then worked at Save the Children and joined StreetDoctors in September 2020.
Outside of StreetDoctors
I play, coach and umpire softball. I volunteer in the London Softball League running events for new recruits and our female, trans and non-binary players. I also like to cook, crochet and go to gigs (but not all at once).
