Dr Simon Jackson

I grew up in Belfast and moved to Liverpool in 2004 to study medicine. When not studying I was either rowing or setting up StreetDoctors (and concurrently enduring Nick Rhead’s shocking banter). After intercalating and finishing medicine, I completed my foundation years in Liverpool and then moved to Dublin to work in Paediatrics for a year. When free I kitesurf and play the trumpet (badly).

Best aspect about Street Doctors: Teaching and enjoying seeing the passion in StreetDoctors.

Worst aspect about Street Doctors: Nick Rhead’s Dublin banter.
